How do I cancel my subscription?

Click "Manage Subscription" above to access the Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes. Use the Stripe Customer Portal to switch between billing periods. Annual plans save you about 17% compared to monthly.

Is the open-source library really free?

Training and inference are always free and do not require a license key. AiDotNet is licensed under BSL 1.1, which converts to Apache 2.0 after 3 years. Model save/load operations require a license key after the 30-day free trial (10 save/load operations). Community licenses are free for individuals and companies with less than $1M annual revenue.
